#JPW250s19 TCNJ School of Education has an academy for new teachers to get them to go into more urban areas where there may be high poverty, and hard to staff schools pic.twitter.com/n343C2Fi3p

My favorite tweets from classmates:
“The college community is great to work with, but we also have to operate longer because of college kids. I have to come up with different products to appeal to college students like açaí bowls, whereas other locations don’t require that." – Art Havier, Red Berry #JPW250s19 pic.twitter.com/sCOx5jLM4r

TCNJ has planted a “Pollinator Habitat” for bees and other pollinators in between the track and field on campus. Check it out in the spring when the flowers have grown! #JPW250S19 pic.twitter.com/LbxKGT1DHQ

The #lake right by Armstrong Hall on the @TCNJ campus is such a beautiful spot to study in between classes or read a good book! It’s especially scenic during #sunset, as seen in this picture. Highly recommend! #JPW250S19 pic.twitter.com/YwIUKhxOPS

I learned a lot about this area that I did not know about. The Trenton, Ewing area is a beautiful one that has so much to offer. From different areas to eat to ways to help out those who may have fallen on hard times. Talking to people about some of the work they do on campus and off it was very nice to know how much TCNJ students help people. Being around people from Bonner was a great part of the experience. Many of the tweets I saw from classmates about the scenery that I did not even know about. I never knew how beautiful the lakes at TCNJ were before seeing some of the pictures taken. Many of the pictures of the sunsets and other great views. The Trenton and Ewing area has so much to do especially when it came to the food places. This was a great and fulfilling learning experience and I hope to take what I’ve seen and experience it more.
