Journalism Reporting Education Beat- Victoria Giardina
Founded in 1855 as the first teaching program in New Jersey, The College of New Jersey’s School of Education is nationally acclaimed and has a rich history of exposing its students to teaching outside of the College’s exquisite education establishment.
Featuring interviews from Dr. Suzanne McCotter, Dean of the School of Education; Kaitlynn Kelly, freshman at The College of New Jersey and an active participant in Community Engaged Learning Day; and Frank Fabiano, sophomore history and secondary education major at the College.
This inside-look at a collaborative program focuses on both the academic curriculum and community involvement students immerse themselves in as constituents of the college community.
