At the College of New Jersey there is a problem with inclusion and diversity. As a black student here it is hard to feel included and at times it feels like people put my race before my intelligence. However, I put that aside and wanted to speak to white students to see if they felt there was an issue with diversity. I wanted to see if they were willing to be allies in the fight or were blind to the struggles people of color go through at there institution. In order to better express why students of color may feel they are not included.
