Patrick Sheridan started his journalism career in the ’80s as a page for CBS. Since then he has worked at CNN and Bloomberg as a producer on morning shows covering mostly business news. His latest venture is writing for websites, specifically the Wall Street Journal. Throughout his career, Sheridan has worked across different organizations and different mediums, rubbing shoulders with the industry’s greatest. He has seen the internet spring up around the field of journalism and has experienced moments in history through sitting in a newsroom. In this interview, he tells his story.
