Welcome to an interview with the co-director of the New Jersey Small Business Development Center (SBDC). Lilian Mauro, an entrepreneur herself, works at the SBDC office located at The College of New Jersey. Primarily working with small, minority-run businesses in the the Trenton area, Mauro applies her business and language skills to foster lasting relationships with new business owners.
