Background

My name is Alexa D’Aiello and I am currently a freshman at The College of New Jersey. I am a journalism major and planning on minoring in Interactive Multimedia. I’ve always had a love for writing and am looking for new ways to improve everyday! I am a staff writer for The College of New Jersey’s award winning newspaper The Signal. I have also written for Trenton Daily, the acclaimed newspaper about all things Trenton. I am employed currently as a hostess at Confectionately Yours.

As a journalism student, I am always looking to write about new topics and explore new ideas. My main beat is in arts and entertainment because I love keeping up with everything that is going on in the entertainment industry. Although this is one of my main interests, I am open to writing about many different beats out there.
