Few people have heard of eSports, but it is a fairly new field in today's tech world and is popularized by the gaming industry. In short, eSports is basically like professional sports, but for video games. It includes all the same aspects of, say, professional football; there's a league with sponsored teams, each filled with talented players and staff that compete in tournaments over a season.

I got the chance to speak with Alex "Xtrememan" Barns, a behind-the-scenes man who specializes in working with livestreams, recordings, and other video content. He shines a light on the sorts of interesting and profitable jobs there are in the eSports scene other than playing in the league.
