Talking about Cooking and Healthy Eating with Aspiring Chef, Zoe Iovino

By Paige Hammond

College students often have a difficult time trying to stay on top of a healthy lifestyle, especially when it comes to food, as dining halls and college life in general make this hard.

Zoe Iovino, a student at The College of New Jersey, fell in love with cooking when she was little, and has a lot of helpful information to share with the audience about cooking and healthy eating, whether this means what to pick out at the grocery store, how to keep up with cooking while taking into account the busy lifestyle of college students, or how cooking can be fun in general.

Iovino shares her own love for cooking and food, and she hopes to inspire all who listen, even those who are not self-proclaimed “chefs”, to give cooking another try and discover how starting your own cooking journey can bring about positive change.
