STRAIGHT FROM THE HORSE'S MOUTH

Horseback riding is known to be the sport of kings. However, in today's society, you don't have to be a king! You just need to be smart, okay with being dirty, and good communicating with someone who doesn't talk.

Here in New Jersey, there is the International Side Saddle Organization headquarters. It's a gaggle of riders who love to have fun and have a thirst for learning. They meet twice a year: once at the annual gathering, and once more at Camp Leaping Horn.

I sat down with its current president, Shelly Liggett, to discuss what's fun about giving yourself a handicap for no reason other than to try it out. Listen to the podcast and hear for yourself!

(No equestrians fell off during the making of this podcast and all information is straight from the horse's mouth.)
