Richard Crooks was a renowned Tenor Opera Singer. Born in Trenton, he traveled to much of the country and the world doing Opera performances. He eventually made it back to the Philadelphia area, working in radio and recording numerous songs to be put on vinyl. He had to retire from Opera young, but still produced a lot of music until his death in 1972.
