In this interview, Ella Oren-Dahan, a sophomore at Montclair State University, shares her experience receiving the vaccine back in February. At the time, Oren-Dahan was in Israel, and she was able to benefit from the country&rsquo;s effective vaccine rollout. According to the Council on Foreign Relations, within 2 weeks of beginning vaccinations, Israel had vaccinated 15% of its population, and it remains among the nations that have the highest rates of distribution of Covid-19 vaccines.
